Israeli Reservists Capture Alleged IRGC Quds Force Cell in Southern Syria
Israeli troops have captured alleged operatives from Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Quds Force (IRGC-QF) during a covert cross-border raid in southern Syria, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said. The operation, conducted on July 7 by reservists from the Alexandroni Brigade and the Military Intelligence Directorate’s Unit 504, targeted Tel Kwdana in Syria’s Quneitra province, near the Israeli-Syrian border.
Trump Unveils NATO Arms Deal to Supply Ukraine With Weapons
President Donald Trump announced Monday that the United States will sell billions of dollars worth of military equipment to NATO allies, which will then transfer much of it to Ukraine as part of efforts to support Kyiv’s defense against Russia. The president did not provide additional details about the deal, which marks his first approval of offensive weapons transfers to Ukraine since returning to office.
B-52 Bombers Lead Trilateral Air Operation Over Korean Peninsula
Two U.S. Air Force B-52H Stratofortress bombers, escorted by fighter jets from Japan and South Korea, flew a joint mission near the Korean Peninsula on Friday. According to the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, the bombers, operating from Andersen Air Force Base on Guam, flew alongside two Japan Air Self-Defense Force F-2 fighters and two South Korean KF-16 Fighting Falcons during the operation
